Conservation Plan
The Conservation Plan sets out the conservation priorities and actions for preserving the archive.
This document is used by the archivist to plan conservation activities, but has also been made
available for anyone interested in understanding how the collection is managed.

Donation Agreement
Our Donation Agreement should be completed by donors when new donations are donated to the
archive. It transfers ownership of items and confirms how donations will be processed and cared for.
