Our Annual General Meeting will be held at 5pm on Saturday 19th September 2015 in the Crest Room at The Centaur, Cheltenham Racecourse, Cheltenham GL50 4SH. The formal Notice of Meeting has been sent out to all members of Brass Bands England. We urge members to send a representative to the AGM but, if this is not possible, to complete the Proxy Form and return it to the BBE National Office before the deadline. After the business of the AGM has been concluded, there will be a short presentation by our Senior Liaison Officer, Rachel Veitch-Straw, followed by a general questions and answers session.
