The Board of Trustees is seeking to appoint an outstanding and talented individual, with a proven track record and a passion for brass bands to fulfil the exciting role of Chief Executive.
We are looking for a confident leader who has the drive, energy and ability to work as part of a team, able to draw on the expertise of others and inspire, motivate and support staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent operational experience, a good strategic sense and the ability to spot opportunities and capitalise on them. They will build strong relationships with the brass band sector, key stakeholders and strategic partners. We have ambitious plans for the future and seek a leader with integrity, energy and resilience who will work with the Board of Trustees to deliver our strategic objectives. The Chief Executive will be responsible for the successful delivery of all operational outcomes, maintaining the focus on quality support provision and further developing the organisation.
