Chris joined Brass Bands England in February 2022 in the role of Membership Services Administrator while Chelsea was on leave. He graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2021 with a BMus and an MA in Composition. Chris played Solo Horn for the University of Birmingham Brass Band and competed at the UniBrass contests each year. He is also a singer, pianist and composer of brass band music, with five original pieces now published by Larch Music and Modrana Music.
Chris has been volunteering to help catalogue the Brass Bands Archive since September 2021. He hopes to continue to help with this project with his knowledge of brass bands scores, while providing excellent customer service for Brass Band England’s growing membership and assisting with admin support.
