Amesbury Town Band is a non-contesting brass band based in the historic town of Amesbury, Wiltshire. With roots tracing back to the 1870s, the band has a rich heritage.. It has been a staple of the local community for over 150 years, performing at fetes, fairs, concerts, and service dinners.
The band is known for its inclusive and relaxed atmosphere, welcoming musicians of all skill levels, including complete beginners. Members are offered free tuition and loaned instruments, making it accessible to anyone with a passion for music. The only requirement is a love for playing and learning.
