Gretton Silver Band

Formed in 1877 in the village of Gretton in North Northants. We are a very friendly non-contesting band with our own dedicated rehearsal room located on the recreation ground in Gretton. Our mebers range in abilities and ages and we are focused on entertaining our local comunity. The band aims to do one or two park jobs, fetes, garden parties, indorr concerts and so on throughout the summer. We also have one annual indoor Christmas concert along with various carolling jobs.
Membership is via a small annual subscription. Rehearsals are thursday evenings 8-9:30pm
We are open to everyone and would be delighted to see any new members in particualr Kit percussion, Cornets and Bb Bass at present
