Register for the Brass Bands England Annual General Meeting 2024

Brass Bands England members are invited to the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Zoom on Tuesday 29 October at 6pm.

The AGM is your chance to say how you, our members, want BBE to be managed in the future, so please get involved and become part of the growing conversation for better banding throughout our community. It's also an excellent opportunity to hear about the work of BBE and to engage and ask questions of the trustees and CEO Kenny Crookston.

Whilst any BBE member can attend the AGM, only one nominated representative of each organisation, or those who are Individual/BBCA members will be able to vote. 

A Notice of the AGM mailing will be sent to all member bands and individual/BBCA members early in October. This will also provide the means to complete a proxy voting form where necessary. (Please note that proxy voting closes at 6pm on 26th October).

A Zoom link will be sent to everyone who has registered to attend, in the run-up to the event.
