Youth Champs 2025 Entry Form

Please use this page to register your youth band to perform at the National Youth Brass Band Championships of Great Britain 2025, Youth Champs, set to take place on Saturday 29 March at Hymers College in Hull. For more information on the event, please visit the Youth Champs information page.

Prior to entering, we ask that band leaders read the updated 2025 Pre-Entry Information, Aims and Rules document carefully and familiarise themselves with its contents.

Please also read the Rule Adjustments announcement relating to the 2025 and 2026 events.

Application Information

Entry is open until Wednesday 4 December 2024, or when all the spaces are filled, in which case a waiting list will be opened.

Please note - The Performance Section is now full, any further entries for Performance will be added to a waiting list. There are still places available in Showcase and Championship.

The deadline to confirm participants' numbers and submit your band information is Wednesday 29 January 2025. The deadline to pay individual player fees and order advanced tickets is Saturday 22 February 2025.

Entry fees

BBE Member bands: £50 per band*
Non-Member bands: £100 per band*
*Plus £2 per player, payable at a later date (by 22 February 2025)

Please note that any band wishing to play in both a competitive and non-competitive section may be able to do so (depending upon entry levels) but will be required to pay for two separate entries at the full entry fee rate.
