The 48th Brass in Concert Championship may be sold-out, but tickets are still available for its sister event Youth Brass in Concert. Taking over the Sage One stage on Sunday 16 November, the event brings together seven of the UK’s top youth bands for a day of show stopping performances.
Brass stars of the future
Youth Brass in Concert made its triumphant return to the Brass in Concert event roster last year, with a sold-out day that showcased how the future of brass is in seriously good hands. And whilst we can’t give much away, that continues to be proven true: expect a level of creative programming and musical calibre that rivals the headline Championship.
This year’s lineup features: Elland Youth Band, Houghton Area Youth Brass Band, Lancashire Youth Brass Band, Lions Youth Band, Shepherd Youth Band, Wardle Academy Youth Brass Band, and Youth Brass 2000.
With tickets priced at £14.60 for adults, £5.60 for under 18s, and free for under 5s, Youth Brass in Concert offers a perfect day out for families and music lovers alike. It’s a brilliant opportunity to inspire children to take up a brass instrument whilst supporting the brass stars of the future.
