Chalfont Concert Wind Band has around 40 players covering piccolo, flute, oboe, clarinet, bass clarinet, bassoon; alto, tenor and baritone saxophone; French horn, trumpet, trombone, baritone/euphonium, tuba and percussion. There is a minimum grade 5 standard, but auditions are not required.

Our Academy Band welcomes players of any age and ability. It is targeted at those learning an instrument for the first time, those returning to playing after a break, more experienced players wishing to play a second instrument, and anyone wanting to develop the confidence of playing in an ensemble.
