Getting to know your band: collecting player data for impact and insight

Join BBE's Fundraising Manager to help you understand the make-up of your band to improve your funding success.

In a challenging and competitive fundraising landscape, funders are increasingly interested in the impact of your work, how you collect data and how you then use that data to inform your future projects. In the first of this series of two webinars, we will explore why your data collection should start in the band room by getting to know your players.

In this session, Beth Lambert, BBE's Fundraising Manager will introduce you to effective data collection.

What You'll Learn:

📊 How to design simple data collection tools - taking the stress out of forms
Ethical and effective methods of collecting data about players - from demographics to musical experience and access needs
💬 Explain the purpose of data collection to your players - get them on board
💪 Strengthen your band's position - improve your impact, evaluation and fundraising
