Brass Band Conference 2023 - all you need to know for the day

Arrival: Please make your way over to the Oastler building (no. 37 on this map) where teas and coffees will be served from 9.45am, with sessions beginning at 10.30am. Please collect your delegate badge, and register for any remaining Brass Band Archive tour places if you wish to.

Darren Henley Submit a Question: Submit any questions you have for Darren Henley (you can collect a submission card from reception in the atrium).

Photography: If you do not want to be featured in today's filming and photography - please let us know now. 

Cloak room: There is a space within the atrium for you to leave any coats and bags if you wish. Please note that this area will not be manned so we cannot guarantee the security of any items left in this space.

Sessions: You can remind yourself of presentations and speakers on the Conference page.

Lunch: All food served will be vegetarian. If you’ve told us you have an allergy or gluten intolerance, your lunch will be packaged separately and labelled.

Refreshments: There will be two coffee breaks and drinking water will be available off the Oastler Atrium (level 4).

Facilities: Toilets are available on both levels of the Oastler building.
