Stoneleigh return to Fairfield Halls with Tchaikovsky Symphony 5 and the Elgar cello concerto, two of the best loved works in the orchestral repertoire, and are delighted to welcome back former principal cellist Daniel Brandon as soloist in the concerto.
Our Training Orchestra will also be taking part, playing the overture to Humperdink’s opera Hansel and Gretel, and Malcolm Arnold’s Four Cornish Dances.
