Join Brackley & District Band for an afternoon packed full of cracking music on Sunday 13 July at St Peter's Church.
Early in the concert we will be performing, for the very first time, our National Finals test piece which we have been preparing for this prestigious contest later in the year. The first half concludes with a selection of music from 'The Sound of Music'. The second half will have a very British 'Last Night of the Proms' feel with items such as Dambusters, Rule Britannia, Highland Cathedral and Jerusalem. We've also squeezed in a fabulous trio arrangement, featuring our trombone section, of 'I Will Follow Him' from Sister Act.
