Join us for an afternoon packed full of cracking music.
Early in the concert we will be performing for the first time our National Finals test piece which we have been preparing for this prestigious contest later in the year. The first half concludes with a selection of music from 'The Sound of Music'. The second half will have a very British, Last Night of the Proms, feel with items such as Dambusters, Rule Britannia, Highland Cathedral and Jerusalem. We've also squeezed in a fabulous trio arrangement, featuring our trombone section, of 'I Will Follow Him' from Sister Act.
Tea and cake will be served during the interval.
