Two pieces have been chosen for entrants to conduct in the semi-finals of the Brass Band Conductors' Association Conducting Competition 2024.

For the first time since 2021, eight of the UK’s leading youth bands will take to the Sage 1 stage to compete for the prestigious title of Youth Brass in Concert Champions.

Midday on Thursday 11 April is the closing date for entering this year’s BBCA conducting competition. The competition is open to conductors of all levels, and the BBCA invite entries from anywhere in the world.
