BBCA Conducting Competition 2024
The BBCA'S flagship conducting competition is now closed for entries. The preliminary video round will be judged in the coming week and and invitations to the semi-final will be sent out early in May. This is a fabulous opportunity for conductors at all levels from all over the world to demonstrate their conducting prowess with the Hammonds Band.

From the 10 semi-finalists, 5 conductors will be chosen to go through to conduct the Eccles Borough Band in the final and Gala Concert at Eccles Town Hall on Saturday 15 June.

The Association partnered with Brass Bands England in October 2019, which saw the two bodies coming together to develop educational opportunities for conductors and BBCA members receiving free BBE Individual Membership.
